Stravity Systems Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a Delaware C-Corporation operating under the Stravity Studio brand, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and what rights you have regarding your data.

When you engage our services, we may collect and process additional information necessary to deliver the project, including but not limited to:

  • Login credentials for third-party platforms (provided for project purposes only)
  • Project-related communications and feedback
  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers)

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, we collect analytics data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google. GA4 uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure how visitors use the Site. GA4 does not log or store full IP addresses.

  • Page views and visit duration
  • Referral source
  • Browser type and device type
  • Country of origin (based on anonymized IP)

We do not collect names, emails, or other directly identifying information through analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To deliver services. Client information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the engagement defined in the applicable Scope of Work.

Client engagement data is stored using cloud-based tools and platforms for the sole purpose of servicing the engagement. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Site and services may use the following third-party services:

  • Google Analytics 4 (analytics.google.com): Website analytics. Google may set cookies and process technical data, such as device information and truncated IP address, in connection with providing analytics. Google Privacy Policy

We only work with third-party services that maintain their own privacy and security standards. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

6. Cookies

Our Site uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. These are not used for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the Site. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.

7. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our records. You may request deletion at any time.
  • Client engagement data: Retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, warranty support, and legal compliance purposes. Typically, client project records are retained for three (3) years following the conclusion of the engagement.
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized. No personal data is retained.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
  • Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.

8.1 California Residents

We do not sell personal information.

Our legal basis for processing your data is either your consent, the performance of a contract, or our legitimate business interests.
